From what I read I believe Tolstoy standard of art is basically just emotion and affection toward the object . He believes we need to test these art project with love and emotion but if you don’t feel anything towards the art it isn’t considered art. This proposal can be useful for some people but for me it’s not . I believe each and everyone of us is unique and different in our own way. Art can be anything now. In the part maybe not everything was considered art just objects that we adore but now anything can be art . Too me art is dresses and Fashion and people may see it as just clothes but I see style and colors and patterns. To me that’s art . As long as you love it and just can’t stop staring at it that it’s art too you. No one can stop you and say that isn’t art , because he’s wrong. Each and everyone of us have our very own definition of art and that’s beautiful. Literally a poem or an essay can art because ids so magnificent. Art can be anything you want it to be.
